Zoomlion headquarters in China with JUAL console system on the roof

Zhonglian Smart Industrial City is located in Xiangjiang New District, Hunan Province, with a total investment of about 100 billion yuan and an area of about 9000 mu. The products mainly apply JUAL photovoltaic system products, with an installed capacity of 130MW. The project won the gold medal of 2021 Building Waterproof Science and Technology Award-Engineering Technology Award (Jin Yu Award).

The PV base of this project needs to be installed on the steel plate crest directly above the purlin, and the space is relatively narrow, so JUAL specially developed the wing anchor base.

According to the geographical environment characteristics, the local snow pressure is relatively high. For the first time, the JUAL airfoil anchor base has been reinforced with a base plate to increase the base compression capacity, perfectly matching the field pre-installation requirements.
