At JUAL, we take responsibility seriously - both in the way we do business and in the materials we use. With our new PEFC certification, we can now document that our wood products originate from sustainably managed forests that take the environment, nature and people into account. The certification is a natural step in our work to translate values such as decency and credibility into concrete action. For us, it's about doing things right - and creating transparency for our customers throughout the value chain.

JUAL FOUNDS NEW COMPANY IN GERMANY
JUAL has founded the company JUAL GmbH, which on March 1 took over the activities of the German manufacturing company Bayer Vitrotec GmbH.
Bayer Vitrotec produced butyl and flashing products for the construction industry. The products are used, among other things, for roofs and facades and therefore the acquisition naturally supports JUAL's activities in the European market. The company is located in Hanstedt just south of Hamburg and has 15 employees, all of whom will join our newly founded JUAL GmbH.

PRESS RELEASE
The four JUAL Group companies, Bygtjek A/S, Fixnordic A/S, JUAL A/S and Perform A/S, have since 2019 shared services such as IT, marketing, product development and accounting via the parent company JUAL Group A/S. Now JUAL Group has trimmed its sails further and merged the four companies, which all develop/produce/sell roof and facade products for the construction industry.
The new company is called JUAL A/S.
