The design of the East-West solution is based on FIXNORDIC's bracket system and has a remarkably high tensile capacity thanks to the fastening directly into the building structure. This means that the wind factor is no longer critical. The tensile capacity of the bracket system is usually up to three times higher than required.
The unique roof brackets are patented and the waterproofing concept is third-party tested by TÜV Rheinland. In practice, this means that the bracket system will have at least the same lifetime as the lifetime of the roof membrane.
Not only do we deliver a safe bracket and mounting system with 100% tight penetration in the roof membrane, but we also ensure that our bracket systems can withstand wind and other weather with our technical calculations based on the individual mounting solution.
This means that you as a JUAL customer get the best bracket system on the market, as well as documentation on your specific system.
FIXNORDIC bracket system is based on aerodynamic tests for wind resistance carried out by RC Ruscheweyh Consult GmbH, as well as the snow load on the bracket system and the load on the roof structure, for each attachment point. All calculations are based on Eurocodes calculation basis for wind EN 1991-1-4 and snow EN 1991-1-3.
