Ventilation cowl, costumised - square

We offer the production of custom-sized cowls at our own factory.
When ordering, you can specify the material, for example pre-patinated zinc, aluminium in any colour, copper or steel.
As standard, the cowls are supplied with a fixed slope matching the correct pitch of the roof.
It is also possible to produce cowls with an aluminium flange for installation on pitched roofs with bitumen roofing, as well as solutions for flat roofs.


Material

• As standard, the flashing is supplied with black Fast Flash as the flashing material. Fast Flash is a plastic, lead-free material with a fully adhesive backing. It can be ordered in other types and colours.

• Formable material factory-mounted to ensure tightness against the roof surface.

• Fixed slope matching the pitch of the roof.

A square custom-sized ventilation cowl gives you complete freedom to specify dimensions, material, slope and installation method. When ordering, you can choose the material for the cowl – for example:

  • Pre-patinated zinc
  • Aluminium in any RAL colour
  • Copper
  • Stainless or galvanised steel

We also offer solutions with an aluminium flange, making it possible to weld bitumen directly onto the cowl for use on pitched roofs, or to integrate it on flat roofs where tightness and finish are particularly important.

As standard, our square custom-made cowls are supplied with a fixed slope that exactly matches the pitch of the roof. This ensures that the cowl aligns with the roof surface, improving drainage and providing a more aesthetic result.
