FIXNORDIC standard mounting system consists of a box with 4 roof brackets with integrated roofing felt, fastening anchors with accessories and special tools. The frame system, which is mounted on top of the brackets, is available in 2 sizes depending on the dimensions of the heat pump.
These 2 standard sizes fit the vast majority of all heat pump
heat pump brands. The system can be mounted on ALL roof types, whether they are insulated or not, and whether they are concrete, wood rafter, wood panel or trapezoidal roofs.
If you need heat pumps that go beyond the standard, we can of course also supply them in customised dimensions. If a large number of heat pumps are to be cascaded, we can also provide a quote, as in some cases fewer brackets and shorter aluminium profiles can be used.
The advantage of this type of installation is that the weight of the heat pump does not affect the roofing felt or insulation, as the weight goes directly into the roof structure. The integrated roofing felt is burned on and the roof penetration is then 100% tight. The strength of the anchored roof consoles is extremely high.
