What makes Membrane bushing Light unique?

At JUAL, we have developed the Membrane bushing Light with a focus on both functionality and installation safety. It consists of a dimensionally stable collar and an integrated membrane, which can be adapted to the chosen sealing system – e.g. roofing felt, TPO or PVC foil.

The collar is designed to fit tightly around the penetrated element, while the membrane is welded or bonded to the surrounding surface. Together they create a robust and flexible seal that protects against both precipitation and moisture migration.

Easy and quick installation

The installation of the Membrane bushing Light is both fast and straightforward, making it well suited for efficient installation work.

First, the required pipe, cable or duct is routed through the structure, after which the membrane bushing is secured tightly around the element. Next, the integrated membrane is welded or bonded to the surrounding roof surface, wall or floor structure, depending on location and material choice. To ensure maximum sealing, the installation can be completed with sealing collars or sealing tape.
