Membrane integration according to current standards


Penetration of a roof surface poses a risk of leakage. Therefore, JUAL integrates roof membrane on products for dewatering under controlled conditions in the factory. Stainless steel roof outlets for flat roof drainage are a big part of JUAL's business.

We integrate roofing felt in many qualities on stainless steel flanges and roofing foils in PVC and TPO on foil coated steel sheets. The adhesion between the roof membrane and flange is continuously tested according to current standards.

Testing and approvals in our own technology center


We test flow capacities on dewatering products and verify the adhesion of all types of membrane-integrated products. In collaboration with our material suppliers, we continuously ensure that the requirements for UV and corrosion classes on our building profiles are met.

Capacities on JUAL's dewatering products are tested according to EN1253-2 which defines requirements for dewatering capacity, product design, materials, etc. Incoming materials are also manufactured according to applicable standards.

In the technology center we can test and develop all products for function, durability and not least ease of installation. We continuously perform test installations that result in improved products.
