Transition for Rectangular Outlet

Transition for rectangular outlet ensures a secure and efficient connection to vertical downpipes. It is compatible with multiple pipe dimensions, supplied with a tight-fitting EPDM seal and easy to install on the exterior facade – making it ideal for both new builds and renovation.

Flexible and watertight solution for vertical downpipes

When it comes to professional roof drainage, the correct connection between outlet and drainpipe is crucial for both functionality and long service life. JUAL’s transition for rectangular outlets has been developed precisely for this purpose: to ensure a tight, flexible and durable connection between the rectangular outlet and a vertical downpipe.

The transition is an integrated part of JUAL’s drainage systems, where the interaction between outlets, connectors, downpipes and accessories is essential for a reliable solution. By choosing original JUAL components, you ensure optimal fit and performance – and fewer concerns for both installer and building owner.

Compatibility and flexibility

The product is supplied with an EPDM rubber gasket that fits rectangular pipes in sizes 77x56 mm and 95x56 mm. The gasket ensures a watertight and vibration-damping connection that withstands both movement and temperature fluctuations.

The pipe spigot, which connects to the vertical downpipe system, fits pipe sockets with Ø75, Ø98 or Ø110 mm. This provides excellent flexibility and makes it possible to use the product in a wide range of installation scenarios – regardless of which pipe types are applied in the rest of the drainage system.

Connection of vertical downpipe – easy and reliable

This angle connector is designed for installation on JUAL’s rectangular outlets, ensuring that water is safely directed into a vertically positioned drainpipe. The solution is suitable for both new builds and renovation projects, where precision, watertightness and high functionality are required.

The angle connector provides a 90-degree transition, allowing rainwater from flat roofs, green roofs or gently sloping surfaces to be channelled directly into the building’s vertical drainage system.

Installation and positioning

JUAL recommends installing the angle connector on the exterior side of the façade. This ensures easy access for inspection, maintenance and possible replacement, while also minimising the risk of moisture damage to the underlying structure. Exterior installation further contributes to more efficient rainwater drainage and reduces the pressure on internal pipes and joints.

The installation requires no special tools, and with correct mounting, you achieve a watertight, durable and low-maintenance solution that supports optimal roof drainage.
