The four JUAL Group companies, Bygtjek A/S, Fixnordic A/S, JUAL A/S and Perform A/S, have since 2019 shared services such as IT, marketing, product development and accounting via parent company JUAL Group A/S.
Now JUAL Group has trimmed its sails further and merged the four companies, which all develop/produce/sell roof and facade products for the construction industry.
The new company is called JUAL A/S.

We are a modern metal company located in Juelsminde, where we currently have approximately 220 colleagues. In addition, we have a sister company near Shanghai in China, which produces standard components for the factory in Denmark.

JUAL A/S started as a one-man business in the late 1960s by plumber Svend Jørgensen. In the early 1970s, the first buildings in Juelsminde were put into use, and the company grew steadily throughout the 70s and 80s. The products were primarily aluminum building profiles produced on hand-operated bending machines.
In the 1980s, guttering was added to the product range, and in the early 1990s we started integrating roofing felt and roof foil on the products from the factory. This meant that the roofer no longer had to make the watertight connection between the roof drain and the roof membrane on the roof.
In addition to marketing under our own name, we supply private label products to leading suppliers of building materials for roofs and facades in large parts of Europe.
Retailers and manufacturers with their own strong brands market high-quality products from JUAL where packaging and labels match their other assortment.
Through dialog, we create the solutions that bring the greatest value to each customer.
As a reliable partner, JUAL delivers OEM solutions that our customers use in their own unique systems and product programs.
This can be facade profiles that are part of the customer's facade system, or it can be roof accessories that meet the customer's special requirements for materials and function.
For example, drainage, ventilation or flashing products with a specific roof membrane, or products manufactured to the customer's own specifications.
Our four operating companies JUAL A/S, Perform A/S, Bygtjek A/S and Fixnordic A/S have now merged into one entity: JUAL.
