Green profiles on new DGNB building at Royal Arena

On Kanalpladsen in Ørestad, the 17,300 m² property Kanalgaarden will in the future be the setting for four different types of housing. The building is L-shaped and has four different heights with 13 floors facing Ørestads Boulevard as the highest, and stairs down to five floors facing the Royal Arena.

In collaboration with the customer, we have delivered 240 sole benches in green, which will help to create edge and character in the recessed brick frames. Together with classic patterned brickwork, this contributes to the building being perceived as welcoming and adapted to its surroundings.

The building is certified DGNB Gold.
